Teams
Since 1980, Athletes in Action Baseball has been fielding competing summer teams in the United States and Internationally. Currently, AIA Baseball owns franchises in the Alaska Baseball League, Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League, and the New York Collegiate League. Each year AIA Baseball also sends an out a team Internationally. In 2011 the team traveled to Puebla, Mexico. This past summer, AIA Baseball had 16 players selected as All-Stars in their respected league, with one winning the All Star MVP award. The four AIA Baseball teams included players from NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, and JC programs from all over the nation.
For the summer of 2012, our tentative plans are to again compete in the Alaska, Great Lakes, and New York Leagues, as well as send our International team to the Dominican Republic. Each of our teams will conduct a one to two week training camp at the beginning of the year where we teach and learn how to share a personal testimony, as well as how to share the Gospel with others.
